Talk coordinators often reserve dates for a congregation exchange by selecting only the congregation name but no speakers until later. We also improved how the Find Speaker dialog functions. This applies to both incoming and outgoing speaker assignments. You can now view a speakers Contact Info and Public Talk History by right-clicking on a date or by clicking the new Info icons located above the speaker name fields. We added a new feature to the Public Talk screen. You can also verify if a reminder or text message was sent to the speaker, chairman, reader, or host on the Reminders screen. Emailed reminder on (date): will again be added to the Notes field. You can still select individual KHS users by checking or unchecking their name.įixed a bug on the Public Talk screen when emailing a reminder to the speaker.
You can now email all KHS users in your congregation a data exchange file at once instead of one brother at a time. We improved the Export KHS Data Exchange option on the Data Exchange screen.
